Refund Policy for Sample (Food Product) Payments Venkatesh Foods only collects advance payment of 50% of total value for any service that are rendered on http://www.venkateshfoods.com after all order successfully delivered payments are non-refundable.
Exception for Advance Payments
The 50% deposit of advance paid is only refundable, if we have not processed the order within 72 hours of order being placed for any dehydrated product.
Refund Policy for Second (Full) Payment venkatesh foods only collects rest (payment) 50% of the second payment post successful completion of order are non-refundable.
you can cancel order at any time and we will not bill you for that before order shipping. However, you will not be refunded the cost of the sample product ordered.
Mode of Refund Refunds on Venkatesh foods are based on the mode of payment used to place the order initially. Below are the refund modes initiated by us for various payment options:
Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking If Credit card, Debit card or Internet banking was used as the mode of payment while placing the order, the amount paid will be refunded/ will be credited back to the respective credit/debit card/internet banking account provided at the time of placing the order. We initiate refund within a maximum of 5 working days. However, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your credit/debit card statement or internet banking account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund by Venkatesh Foods.
